Every kernel gets flavored evenly
My family eats a lot of stove-top popcorn, and applying melted butter has been a messy multi-step process. This lid fits all the pans we used for popcorn, medium and large. Since the lid does not fit tightly, popping takes longer but everything is buttered and ready to eat as soon as it is done. I turn the buttering cup backward and screw everything back together to wash in the dishwasher.
